Who are PSF30

Founded in 2016, we are a 24/7 family run gym that is passionate about all things health, fitness and selfcare. With a focus on representing the local community of Seven Hills and surrounding suburbs, we aim to help people better their mental and physical growth through exercise and good nutrition.

PSF30 welcomes and supports all walks of life on their journeys through leading with a fun and personal approach to gym membership programs. We pride ourselves in supporting all of our members on achieving their goals, as well as attaining results they may have never thought possible.

Sheriden

Owner/Director/Coach

Owner and PSF30 Director Sheriden is an experienced Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. Constantly challenging herself to perform her best, Sheriden is dedicated to assisting her clients and achieving their personal training goals. Testament to her determination and perseverance, Sheriden was crowned NSW ICN Women’s Figure State Champion 2020/2021, Sydney Superbodies Overall winner 2022/2023, and competed Nationally at the Australian Championships earning a 4th place 2023 . Extending her love for fitness beyond PSF30, Sheriden is a Mother of 3 and manages an Under 13’s Junior Rugby league Football Team.

Sheriden lives to inspire others and isn’t afraid of putting in hard work to achieve her goals. Not only is she tremendously strong but she is independent and takes all that life throws at her, all whilst managing to keep a smile or laugh on her face. 

Lachlan

Owner and Coach at PSF30

Owner and PSF30 Coach Lachlan is a stickler for routine, technique, hard work and determination. Playing high level Rugby League for 15 years of his life and venturing into powerlifting and bodybuilding in recent years, he has strong foundations of discipline and passion. Being an older brother to 2 younger siblings, Lachlan is a family man and strongly believes that family is everything.

Gavin

Owner of PSF30.

A Coach and Mentor, Gavin is an experienced trainer and has gained great recognition in the Rugby League atmosphere for his Grand Final efforts and inaugurated into the Wentworthville Team of the Century. Winning 11 consecutive Grand Final titles, Gavin has coached, trained, supported and guided his athletes and lead them to victory. Being a Husband and Father of 3, Gavin endorses a healthy lifestyle approach both at home and PSF30. Coaching and mentoring children both on and off the field for the past 20 years, Gavin ensures that he encourages his young stars to thrive. His mission is to wake up every day and be better than yesterday and his motto is ‘fail to prepare, prepare to fail’.

Byron

Sales/Admin

Bryon started with us as a high school work experience student who has a love for all things fitness and health. Currently completing his Law Uni Degree, Byron is moonlighting at PSF30 and is excited to further educate himself in the fitness industry.

PSF30’s birthday gift to you!!!! Book in for a 30 minute total body workout with one of our experienced Coaches. Our Coaches are dedicated to providing their personal training clients with the best possible exercise and fitness experience. A customized personal fitness plan is how you achieve your goals, and working with our Coaches will give you the opportunity to see, this really is the only way to guarantee you are getting the attention required to tailor fit a series of routines and exercises that work for you!

Group Fitness

As part of your membership, come and join in all of our Indoor H.I.I.T Classes. We have a variety of options to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Anyone can book our small group fitness classes. There, you’ll be with other members aiming to have a physically fit and healthy body just like you. All of you, as a group, will be coached by an instructor. You might be hesitant to be part of such groups, just like some are, but there really are great benefits you can get, here are a few;

  1. You get to interact with other members and meet new faces and discover things about them.
  2. Exercising with a group  is much happier than when you’re doing it alone.
  3. In the group fitness class, you have a fitness coach (instructor) who will be guiding you throughout your fitness journey. From the first day to last, your progress will be monitored.
  4. With a fitness coach, you won’t be doing the few routines you know over and over again. You’ll discover and experience fresh routines which can even maximize your physical capability and flexibility.
  5. Working out with like-minded people, you are more driven to do it!

Bootcamp

PSF30 Bootcamp target everything and it involves various cardiovascular, strength building, and mobility enhancing exercise routines designed to target each and every muscle group. This makes bootcamp one of the best workouts to improve overall fitness and encourage weight-loss.  

The goal of our PSF30 Bootcamp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance. Our Bootcamp workouts also attract many of our members because they create a sense of friendship (camaraderie) among our participants.  Non- members are welcome

Nutrition Plans

Another goal of nutrition plans is to promote a healthy mindset during your journey. With our plans, you receive positive reinforcement, constructive criticism, and support from the PSF30 team. Nutrition plans work on redefining your relationships with food for the better.

Personal Weights Program

To reach and stay at a healthy weight over the long term, you must focus on your overall health and lifestyle habits, not just on what you eat. Successful weight programs  promote healthy behaviour’s that help you lose/gain weight safely, so you can stick with it every day, and help you keep reaching your goals.

One of the primary reasons why you should hire one of our personal trainer’s is that we can educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise. Knowledge is power and when it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering.
