Group Fitness

As part of your membership, come and join in all of our Indoor H.I.I.T Classes. We have a variety of options to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Anyone can book our small group fitness classes. There, you’ll be with other members aiming to have a physically fit and healthy body just like you. All of you, as a group, will be coached by an instructor. You might be hesitant to be part of such groups, just like some are, but there really are great benefits you can get, here are a few;

  1. You get to interact with other members and meet new faces and discover things about them.
  2. Exercising with a group  is much happier than when you’re doing it alone.
  3. In the group fitness class, you have a fitness coach (instructor) who will be guiding you throughout your fitness journey. From the first day to last, your progress will be monitored.
  4. With a fitness coach, you won’t be doing the few routines you know over and over again. You’ll discover and experience fresh routines which can even maximize your physical capability and flexibility.
  5. Working out with like-minded people, you are more driven to do it!

Bootcamp

PSF30 Bootcamp target everything and it involves various cardiovascular, strength building, and mobility enhancing exercise routines designed to target each and every muscle group. This makes bootcamp one of the best workouts to improve overall fitness and encourage weight-loss.  

The goal of our PSF30 Bootcamp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance. Our Bootcamp workouts also attract many of our members because they create a sense of friendship (camaraderie) among our participants.  Non- members are welcome

Nutrition Plans

Another goal of nutrition plans is to promote a healthy mindset during your journey. With our plans, you receive positive reinforcement, constructive criticism, and support from the PSF30 team. Nutrition plans work on redefining your relationships with food for the better.

Personal Weights Program

Successful weight programs  promote healthy behaviour’s that help you lose/gain weight safely, so you can stick with it every day, and help you keep reaching your goals.

One of the primary reasons why you should hire one of our personal trainer’s is that we can educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise. Knowledge is power and when it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering.

We all have busy lifestyles, but all you need to devote is just 30 minutes a day to your exercise regime. Whether it be a H.I.I.T session, weight session, cardio session or just some ‘ME’ time. Get in, get it done, get your heart rate up and burn calories – there really is no excuse!
